Our Story
From Coatzingo, Puebla, to your table.
Severina grew up in Coatzingo, Zaragoza, Puebla, one of nine kids in a small town where people worked in the fields, especially the corn. Her mother, Elena, taught her to make tamales.
Today the family makes them from her recipe, and sells them the way everyone orders tamales: by the dozen.
